We acted on behalf of the management of Oceanteam Subsea Services Limited (`the Company`) in procuring the buy out by EXS Subsea AS, a Norwegian investment company, of Oceanteam ASA`s 60% shareholding in Oceanteam Subsea Services Limited.

The Company (now renamed as Specialist Subsea Services Limited) delivers intervention technology to the deep and ultra deepwater subsea oil & gas and offshore renewables sectors.
