Acquisition by Town & County Motors Limited

Client : Town & County Motors Limited

We acted for Town & County Motors Limited (“Motors”) in the acquisition of certain of the business and assets of Manor Oak (HMG) Limited (“Manor Oak”).  As part of the acquisition Motors became the Honda franchised dealership in Aberdeen. 

Motors other operations include Land Rover and Porsche dealerships in Aberdeen, Aberdeen 4 x 4 Self Drive and eight petrol stations in Aberdeen.
Manor Oak operated a Honda dealership in Aberdeen. 

We managed the acquisition and banking processes and the drafting, negotiation and finalisation of the acquisition and banking documentation.
