Mock Employment Tribunal Event

This year’s Mock Employment Tribunal takes place on Tue 6th March at the AECC. It focuses on the claims potentially faced by an employer who dismisses an employee after receiving a client instruction to remove that employee from the client’s workplace and also includes sex discrimination and harassment aspects.  Attendance at this event will be equally invaluable for both HR professionals and for line managers who may face the prospect of giving evidence at an Employment Tribunal.

Participating in the event , are well known employment lawyers, Sean Saluja and David Burnside, both accredited by the Law Society as employment law specialists, who will again pit their wits on opposing sides at the Mock Employment Tribunal. 

Other members of the Paull & Williamsons’ team will play the parts of the claimant and witnesses, while Employment Judge Nicol Hosie and experienced Lay Members will consider the evidence and deliver the judgement.

This promises to be an informative, action-packed event. Last year’s event sold out, so early booking is recommended.
